I bought 2 items of jim shore disney, on the products arrived in good condition well packaged, unfortunately I had a problem with the shipment I got the message that they would come by for delivery and for 2 days spent at home waiting no one was seen I contacted the courier who told me that there was no house number so I should have contacted the city of the gift whatever even if when you enter the data the system should force you to put the n. Civic I say my mistake I managed to contact the city of the gift and told me that the courier would come by that day that was not so another day spent at home waiting for no one ! Anyway apart from this inconvenience everything ok

The only flaw for me is paying shipping despite the price of what you buy which is not little! otherwise everything perfect

Delivery which, as is often the case, ended up in a point relay even though we had asked for it to be delivered to our home. Positive point: timing kept for Christmas.

Great items that arrive quickly, but some are far too expensive.

the service is great the products that arrive are what you ordered and the prices are competitive, only point for which I do not put 5 stars is that if you pay with paypal you are charged a fee albeit small (just over 1.8€)on the final bill. however a positive shopping experience.

The order went well as did the delivery cpdt the figurine although intact had quite a few paint defects (the holidays imminent I could not return) so I had to repaint myself some parts it's a shame given the cost of products they are not impeccable.for the rest nothing to say.

Both items are really beautiful in person...arrived early and well packaged.

I ordered a Cinderella teapot which was damaged, probably due to a manufacturing defect, because it was very well packaged, but it didn't look good as a gift. very, very disappointed.

(we know how couriers treat parcels) because in a collectible statue the packaging has a great importance, I did not feel like disputing and sending back the product as inside is absolutely perfect and intact, there is to say however that the outer sactola with an obvious break, annoys me beyond belief. In view of this, I do not know whether I would make another purchase in the future....

A site full of really innovative especially affordable gift ideas. Security in payment, perfect and impeccable packaging, but most important very short delivery time. Maybe shipping costs a little high for my standards, but for the service it fits.

The merchandise I don't know how it arrived undamaged.The box crushed in one corner and as a result the packaging of the willow tree statue is also ruined!The polystyrene inside that is supposed to prevent shocks is completely broken and punctured at the bottom.Since I have to give it as a gift I repaired it with transparent tape. I will definitely not buy,more anything from gift city.

One out of three damaged figurines arrived, by the way there is a red sticker on the box of the damaged figurine, which makes you think bad. Packaging intact so I could not know before opening them about the damage. I sent in the correct time message to assistance who after asking for a photo never heard back. Products are nice, but assistance not good. And now I have damaged figurine. I answer here because by email it seems impossible.... I replied to both emails (French/Italian) attaching photos.... 24 hours have passed. Whatever, I give up. Non-existent assistance, except social responses to make the customer look bad. Beyond the damage the mockery, sleazy. Never again this site.

Great products and competitive prices. However, it turned out to be very difficult to contact customer service.

I received a parcel that didn't correspond to my order. I ended up having to send this item back to finally receive the item I ordered. I'm out of town, so it wasn't easy for me to go back and forth to the delivery address in a region that isn't mine. Disappointed for a first experience with you. Have a nice day!

I've known about this site for years - prices have gone up, shipping times have increased, customer service has improved, but I haven't had to contact them so I can't judge.

Perfect for this last order. On the other hand, I still have an order of 2 items pending: 1 available and 1 in restocking that should have been delivered at the beginning of July and the deadline was pushed back 3 months without notice. In the meantime, it's paid in full and I haven't even received the available item.

This was the first purchase I made through this site. The items are many, beautiful and the prices are competitive with other sites. The unpleasant experience is not about gift city but the courier they rely on, who 2 times claimed they could not find my address although it was correct and I had also left my cell phone in case. I therefore made a complaint to Gift City who assured me that they would redress the courier for this inconvenience. On their part, therefore, I received the utmost helpfulness and support for the difficulty related to the shipment (before, during and after). I will purchase again hoping not to run into this situation again
