Top fast and careful shipping Parconte I've noticed for some time that the more the years go by the more the figurines are more and more expensive. It's a shame not to have promo codes for pre-orders for 3-star members in addition to discounts. I'm a very loyal customer and order almost every month, but I find that there aren't so many rewards once you're a 3-star member.

I ordered a week in advance and the shipping cost was around 6€. It was for Christmas. I didn't receive it in time. I had asked an advisor if I could expect it without paying the postage. He said yes. I preferred to take the initiative. I don't recommend it for last-minute purchases.

Dear customer, You ordered on 18/12 and your parcel was dispatched the same day by Colissimo 48h. This parcel was ready for delivery to the address indicated on 20/12, but there was a redirection contract for this address. La Poste was therefore unable to deliver and resent the parcel to the redirection address. We're very sorry about this disappointment, but if you had told us that the address was redirected, we would never have promised you delivery before Christmas. Address redirections are handled directly by La Poste, and we have absolutely no control over delivery times. We can only guarantee delivery to the address indicated on your order.

I ordered seven willow tree angels, all of which were immediately available at the time of purchase. Not receiving confirmation of prompt shipment, after inquiring via email, I was informed that in fact two of the angels were awaiting supply. I therefore requested that they be replaced with two others that were immediately available, and customer service was helpful in accommodating my request. So after the initial misunderstanding, the shipment was successful and I can be satisfied with my purchase. The prices are great and I also appreciated the care in packaging.

Nothing to say about the service, really faultless, I would have to complain about the contact with the site to place the order...the day before it gave it at 51€ with free delivery and I didn't understand why it didn't let me place the order (even after updating the password), the next day it reported it to me at 48€ but with the delivery cost... after the order I got the email with the flash offers and, the same item was offered at 43€... no comment!

I took other items and as always the service was very good. This time I was disappointed that one item, which I have to give as a gift, was not placed inside a cardboard box but only inside the protective container, taped closed even though it was branded.

I love the WILLOW TREE figurines. Very helpful Customer Service Fast shipping The only downside is that they do not do gift wrapping. Most purchases I believe are made as gifts. I think it is also a way to let people know about the company, where the products were purchased.

Dear customer, it's true that we only pay for returns if there's a fault with an item, or if we're responsible for the error. If you make a mistake or simply change your mind, we can always take the item back, but you have to pay the shipping costs.

The shipping service is top-notch, and the prices are cool. I purchased the wooden Maui figurine. Upon opening the envelope that contained it, I realized that it was covered with glue, which ruined my purchase in some parts. I tried to fix it, but there were still small residues unfortunately visible. It's a shame because it was supposed to be a gift.

Dear Amandine, Thank you for your comment. Allow me to make a few useful clarifications. Most of the figurines for sale on our site are hand-painted and/or made using techniques that enhance the slightly "rough", woody feel. These techniques may result in "imperfections" on all ranges on sale. Some series of the same item may have more or less these imperfections, and each item may differ from the others in paintwork, black spots (e.g. typical of the Traditions collection), molding details (e.g. small holes), finishes, etc. As far as dimensions are concerned, they are always indicated to the nearest tenth of a centimeter on the product sheet, in the "Description" section. Don't forget to take a look before choosing your figurines, so there are no unpleasant surprises on arrival ;-)
