Packaging already opened (visible at the level of the scotch tapes cut on the external packaging and also inside the packaging) and broken object inside! It was a Christmas present! ---- Opinion modified following the response and quick replacement The item sent as a replacement is intact.

In principle, a "Checked by" coupon followed by the first name of the person who checked it is inserted in the box. Should this coupon not be present, we apologize for the oversight. In any case, this item left our warehouse intact and was damaged in transit, for which we apologize.
