We use the services of one of Italy's leading freight forwarders that makes thousands of deliveries every day. As already explained by our Customer Service, couriers do not have the ability to deliver a cash-on-delivery package to a government building if the recipient cannot guarantee to be at his office on the appointed day ! I was truly satisfied with my purchase which closely mirrors what I viewed on the website. Also, the customer service was thorough and the courtesy of the person who answered my phone impeccable. On time delivery. Perfect packaging.....only one very small flaw....the warranty certificates inside the cardboard packages were ruined as they were "hooked" by the cardboard lid being closed... I will definitely use Cittàdelregalo again for my purchases.
