One out of three damaged figurines arrived, by the way there is a red sticker on the box of the damaged figurine, which makes you think bad. Packaging intact so I could not know before opening them about the damage. I sent in the correct time message to assistance who after asking for a photo never heard back. Products are nice, but assistance not good. And now I have damaged figurine. I answer here because by email it seems impossible.... I replied to both emails (French/Italian) attaching photos.... 24 hours have passed. Whatever, I give up. Non-existent assistance, except social responses to make the customer look bad. Beyond the damage the mockery, sleazy. Never again this site.

Great products and competitive prices. However, it turned out to be very difficult to contact customer service.

I've known about this site for years - prices have gone up, shipping times have increased, customer service has improved, but I haven't had to contact them so I can't judge.

Perfect for this last order. On the other hand, I still have an order of 2 items pending: 1 available and 1 in restocking that should have been delivered at the beginning of July and the deadline was pushed back 3 months without notice. In the meantime, it's paid in full and I haven't even received the available item.

This was the first purchase I made through this site. The items are many, beautiful and the prices are competitive with other sites. The unpleasant experience is not about gift city but the courier they rely on, who 2 times claimed they could not find my address although it was correct and I had also left my cell phone in case. I therefore made a complaint to Gift City who assured me that they would redress the courier for this inconvenience. On their part, therefore, I received the utmost helpfulness and support for the difficulty related to the shipment (before, during and after). I will purchase again hoping not to run into this situation again

Good service and beautiful products

Was informed after ordering that one of the items was out of stock! I asked to receive the available ones but it was impossible for the site to make 2 shipments! I would have had to cancel my order to send 2 more and incur 2 shipping charges. Not commercial on this one. Otherwise, well-protected and well-kept parcel.

The package was well protected and the product in excellent condition! The only downside was the delivery to a relay station that was not the one I had selected and imposed without my knowledge! A 1/2 hour lost; not great at this time of year....

Easy ordering. This store has products that others (even the big platforms) don't necessarily have. Payment problem at the time of purchase, I paid too much for the delivery method chosen. My order was put on hold and I lost a little delivery time, but CadeauCity's customer service was very responsive and friendly. Purchase delivered on time, just before Christmas!

The products sold are attractive and as described. On the other hand, I find it hard to understand how the site works: products are put in stock when they are not, immediate debit before shipping (even if the product is not in stock!) I had to send several emails before getting a reply from customer service and I received my products 10 days after the expected date. too bad!
