I ordered a figurine on March 31 and received it in perfect condition on April 08. Delay a little long but with the current situation it is quite normal. I'm really satisfied, so I'll give it 4 stars this time, as I'm waiting to see how long it will take to deliver when the situation recovers. But given the responsiveness of the people who work for the site, I think I'd quickly go up to 5 stars. They listen to me and respond quite quickly, especially to e-mail requests.
