Top fast and careful shipping Parconte I've noticed for some time that the more the years go by the more the figurines are more and more expensive. I ordered a week in advance and the shipping cost was around 6€. It was for Christmas. I didn't receive it in time. I had asked an advisor if I could expect it without paying the postage. He said yes. I preferred to take the initiative. I don't recommend it for last-minute purchases.

This parcel was ready for delivery to the address indicated on 20/12, but there was a redirection contract for this address. I ordered seven willow tree angels, all of which were immediately available at the time of purchase. Not receiving confirmation of prompt shipment, after inquiring via email, I was informed that in fact two of the angels were awaiting supply. I therefore requested that they be replaced with two others that were immediately available, and customer service was helpful in accommodating my request. So after the initial misunderstanding, the shipment was successful and I can be satisfied with my purchase. The prices are great and I also appreciated the care in packaging.

Nothing to say about the service, really faultless, I would have to complain about the contact with the site to place the order...the day before it gave it at 51€ with free delivery and I didn't understand why it didn't let me place the order (even after updating the password), the next day it reported it to me at 48€ but with the delivery cost... after the order I got the email with the flash offers and, the same item was offered at 43€... no comment!

Dear Amandine, Thank you for your comment. Allow me to make a few useful clarifications. Most of the figurines for sale on our site are hand-painted and/or made using techniques that enhance the slightly "rough", woody feel. These techniques may result in "imperfections" on all ranges on sale. Some series of the same item may have more or less these imperfections, and each item may differ from the others in paintwork, black spots (e.g. typical of the Traditions collection), molding details (e.g. small holes), finishes, etc. As far as dimensions are concerned, they are always indicated to the nearest tenth of a centimeter on the product sheet, in the "Description" section. Don't forget to take a look before choosing your figurines, so there are no unpleasant surprises on arrival ;-)

As a customer of cadeau city since 2011, I've seen a real change. Before, customer service was very human and had an understanding approach, knowing that customers were mostly collectors and therefore planning returns accordingly. Nowadays, I receive a broken item and I get a very robotic response, which does not fail to copy and paste the general terms and conditions of sale. I'm told that there's no exchange because my item costs less than 70 euros, and that of course there's no guarantee that I'll be able to buy it back at the same price. And as if by magic, this morning the item is no longer on sale, forcing me to buy it at a higher price... I'm particularly disappointed with this new approach... I won't be recommending it as I used to, I won't be buying with my eyes closed and I'll be opening mine wide from now on.

It's a pity that in your comment you forgot to write that we solved your "problem" (a missing end of less than 1 mm of a feather) in less than 12 hours since your report. We accepted your complaint and sent you a free return label to refund the full price of the item. You were thus able to purchase the item again, taking advantage of the special offer still in effect, with a difference of... 0,65€ !!!! We're sorry that you consider our free returns service and this price "difference" as an obligation to buy more expensive and therefore write such a negative note.
