The parcel was delivered quickly and in very good condition, but I was surprised by a price reduction of almost 10 euros the day after delivery. Yet I had been following the evolution of this product for several weeks. A little frustrated, I pointed it out in my first review. The sales department then sent me a rather blunt e-mail. I told them that a commercial gesture would be welcome, in which case I would have been delighted to review my review. Then another reply accusing me of SINGING. Au revoir cadeau City and bon vent!!!

We reported this review to Trustpilot because the user sent an email to our Customer Service department requesting a "commercial gesture in order to submit a review against the first one". Our company does not and will never submit to this type of "blackmail" and it is unfortunate to read that people use this service to obtain discounts in exchange for favorable reviews.

Colissimo delivery takes at least 48 hours (working days). No worries with Cadeaucity, but the packaging for one of my Jim Shore figurines was a bit tight and the figurine is slightly damaged. But that's more of a Jim Shore problem.

My order arrived on time. Everything is in good condition, just like every time. I've been ordering for over a year if not two. I've never had a problem. The only negative point, but you can't blame anyone, is that during festive periods, it's possible for the parcel to arrive later than the expected date, by no more than a day I'd say, but really, with the holidays that's normal. So no really bad things to notice. I'll be happy to order as soon as possible.

This is my first purchase and I must say that, overall, everything has come together. The 7 Jim Shore creations are simply wonderful and in perfect condition. The only blemish is the stain - I think it is glue - present on the Mary Frances designer jewelry handbag. However, having purchased it at a bargain price, I did not see fit to contact Customer Service. The shipping was quite prompt and the packaging impeccable. The prices very competitive.
