Unfortunately, one of the many figurines I ordered was damaged. Cadeau city offered me either a refund or an exchange. Everything went very well, the figurine was exchanged, delivery was free and the new one was returned very quickly. This is my 2nd order and I am very satisfied with Cadeau City.
