The staff answered a question I asked very quickly. Very efficient. As for the order I placed, it arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I also appreciated not having to pay for postage. Chosen for the great price of the item I was looking for (about 30€ less than all the other sites), I discovered a site that works great! Very fast deliveries and 5 star customer service: due to an oversight they had sent me the item in a different pattern than the one I requested, and in about 36 hours I got the change totally free of charge (time calculated from just reporting the error via their site's automated service!). Highly recommended!
