I am on my first purchase in this virtual store and I must say that everything is very simple and immediate, both the steps of signing up and filling the cart and completing the purchase with payment. Shipping was free above a minimum expenditure of 50 euros and so it was, also the delivery was reasonably fast with a total of 4 (working) days elapsed between purchase and receipt of goods. I therefore recommend this e-shop site should you be interested in its products.

I purchased a two figurines depicting mom and baby and dad and baby as a wish for the new family being formed for two friends who just got married. The gift was greatly appreciated! These statues have the ability to convey strong emotions in the gestures, positions, the technique used to work the wood. Congratulations!!! I don't know if it's already active, but I would propose these statuettes also in favor and fair trade stores keeping in mind that a part of the purchase could be donated for good-solidarity purposes! In my opinion it would spread the sale even more! Thank you and congratulations!

Great company!Second order I place on Vespa items.! The only downside is the package tracking service with sda courier.. that no is precise in notifying when the package arrives..and you have to wait!!! The package however arrived intact.!!!

As a first purchase experience on this site, I would definitely call it positive. I found a wide selection of interesting products at competitive prices and, specifically, the product I chose arrived undamaged and in accordance with what I viewed on the site. The only small flaw that did not make me give the 5 stars is the poor notice time between the communication of the departure of the shipment and the attempted delivery by the courier (e-mail received at 11 pm and attempted delivery the next morning) that did not allow me to arrange for pickup. Still, it's a site I would recommend.

Our shipments always take place with the tracking number that is sent directly from the courier (SDA) by email the same evening of the shipment and allows you to follow online the various stages of the path of the package (day of departure, transit, delivery ... ). The tracking therefore is exactly the same as she was used to in the past. From what you write we assume that the email with the tracking number ended up in your spam.
