The figurine arrived in pristine condition and the speed of shipping was also good, less than a week. The only problem is that the color does not match the picture on the website. In the picture the color of the dress is more intense, burgundy red, while to me it came in an orangey red, and there is quite a difference.

The site is very good, serious and above all convenient; I leave 5 stars for the ease of navigation of purchase and pet the very fast shipping. The only flaw is the system of points that are convertible into vouchers: they are credited a few days after the arrival of the package at home, you have to turn them into a voucher that will be spendable only 7 days later. I love willow trees and rediscovering the gift city was a pleasant surprise ....unlike others here you find combinations that meet the needs ..specifically I wanted to give a friend the mom with daughters that as a composition does not exist ..there are only the individual figurines but the cost would be high ....at the gift city I found at a really affordable price the mom and her daughters ...now I will make the gift and I am sure it will be a success .
