I have bought several funko pops on this site, placing multiple orders. As I am very picky about these things, a couple arrived with some minor defects, I reported it to customer service who followed up very well making themselves very helpful and responding in a timely manner, proceeding to replace them. The delivery time is very short, 1/2 days and the cost is competitive. 5 stars they deserve all of them, even more if there was a chance! Recommended!

Dear Jimmy, thank you for your purchase and we are very sorry for the delay in delivery. Your order was placed on 20/06 at 10:30 and handed over to the carrier the same day at 14:09. Colissimo's usual delivery times are 48/72 hours throughout France, so you should have received this parcel on 22/06 or 23/06. We have notified the carrier of this anomaly, which is attributable to them.
