As a first purchase experience on this site, I would definitely call it positive. I found a wide selection of interesting products at competitive prices and, specifically, the product I chose arrived undamaged and in accordance with what I viewed on the site. The only small flaw that did not make me give the 5 stars is the poor notice time between the communication of the departure of the shipment and the attempted delivery by the courier (e-mail received at 11 pm and attempted delivery the next morning) that did not allow me to arrange for pickup. Still, it's a site I would recommend.

Good morning Mr. Serafino, your order of December 15 was delivered, as you have already seen, on December 18. Our shipments always take place with the tracking number that is sent directly from the courier (SDA) by email the same evening of the shipment and allows you to follow online the various stages of the path of the package (day of departure, transit, delivery ... ). The tracking therefore is exactly the same as she was used to in the past. From what you write we assume that the email with the tracking number ended up in your spam.
