In principle, a "Checked by" coupon followed by the first name of the person who checked it is inserted in the box. Should this coupon not be present, we apologize for the oversight. In any case, this item left our warehouse intact and was damaged in transit, for which we apologize. You can, of course, request an exchange or refund from your customer area in just a few clicks, until January 31. Shipping costs are at our expense. Chronopost service not up to scratch. I think the proposed relay point must be closed or no longer exists, so 40min round trip to get the parcel. The parcel was well packed and the product was in perfect condition.
