the goods ordered arrived undamaged and with speed. only downside was the SDA courier who abandoned the package in the lobby of the building without warning. i would change couriers.

On-time and accurate delivery. "Disney Jim Shore Tradition" figurines arrived in perfect condition, packed and boxed with care. Four stars for the shipping price in my opinion too high. However, it remains an excellent site.

Good morning, thank you for your comment, however please allow us to clarify that you did not pay the shipping charges. You were only billed for the COD charges as you chose to pay cash to the carrier. As specified on our website before validating your order, cash on delivery has fixed collection fees. In contrast, payment by paypal, credit cards or wire transfer has no fees. It is the customer's choice. Sincerely

Everything perfect ,from the workmanship to the punctuality in delivery. Only one note: the figures appear a mulatto color (I do not know if wanted to please more 'ethnic groups) and the unborn child and' very "masculine" ... probably a less defined figure would have been more 'welcome to those who as it does find themselves celebrating the birth of a little girl.

When such cases occur we must imperatively write reservations on the carrier's delivery note at the very moment the goods are delivered (as written in the security tape that closes our cartons), immediately check the contents (always in the presence of the carrier) and if necessary refuse the package.
