Always happy to return! Super fast delivery, everything arrives in one piece. However, you should consider another delivery option, such as post. This stupid DPD supplier always brings the parcels from home to a pickup store, although there is always someone at home!!!!

Chronopost service not up to scratch. I think the proposed relay point must be closed or no longer exists, so 40min round trip to get the parcel. The parcel was well packed and the product was in perfect condition.

It has a very large selection of different items that you can't get hold of so easily elsewhere. The 1 star is deducted because of the return shipping. Unfortunately, you have to pay for this yourself and it costs €15. Otherwise everything is tipi topi.

Dear Simone, thank you very much for your order! We would like to clarify that the return costs in Germany are always free of charge, regardless of the reason. For international returns, these are free if there is an obvious defect, but if there is a change of mind, the shipping costs remain at the customer's expense. However, we are working with our partners and hope to be able to offer free returns from Austria in the near future.

The product packaging was very well done. The item corresponds in every respect to its description. However, the delivery was a disaster. I followed the delivery man and he came within 5 minutes of my house but did not deliver. I had to contact the delivery service for a new delivery.
