the service is great the products that arrive are what you ordered and the prices are competitive, only point for which I do not put 5 stars is that if you pay with paypal you are charged a fee albeit small (just over 1.8€)on the final bill. however a positive shopping experience.

As communicated on our Facebook page in September, all manufacturers without exception have unfortunately increased their prices very significantly (increases in the cost of raw materials, transport and labour linked to the pandemic). Rest assured, we're still fighting for low prices, we've absorbed the increases as much as possible, and you can count on us to remain the most competitive on the market whatever the circumstances!

Dear Mandy, thank you for your order! Your order was placed on Sunday December 5th, shipped on the 6th and delivered on the 8th, i.e. in 48 hours, which is in line with our commitments. However, if you had chosen Express delivery, the parcel could have been delivered in 24 hours, i.e. on December 7th. Please do not hesitate to contact us to find out more about our delivery methods. Perfect for this last order. On the other hand, I still have an order of 2 items pending: 1 available and 1 in restocking that should have been delivered at the beginning of July and the deadline was pushed back 3 months without notice. In the meantime, it's paid in full and I haven't even received the available item.

This was the first purchase I made through this site. The items are many, beautiful and the prices are competitive with other sites. The unpleasant experience is not about gift city but the courier they rely on, who 2 times claimed they could not find my address although it was correct and I had also left my cell phone in case. I therefore made a complaint to Gift City who assured me that they would redress the courier for this inconvenience. On their part, therefore, I received the utmost helpfulness and support for the difficulty related to the shipment (before, during and after). I will purchase again hoping not to run into this situation again

Was informed after ordering that one of the items was out of stock! I asked to receive the available ones but it was impossible for the site to make 2 shipments! I would have had to cancel my order to send 2 more and incur 2 shipping charges. Not commercial on this one. Otherwise, well-protected and well-kept parcel.
