Genuine leather items, arrived quickly; packaging not cared for at all, they simply stuck tape along all the boxes (which obviously got damaged upon opening!); the boots have already been used, the soles are dirty

We pack our products with recycled packing paper, an ecological packaging that is a choice, and that is very appreciated by many customers. Regarding the products, we do not sell used products; if there are marks under the soles, they can only depend on returns/exchanges (we never accept used products, but a slight sign of testing may be present) or footwear used for model shooting, which are therefore not worn, but strictly used for the few minutes necessary to take the photos. I received my order and the shoes were well-made and I really like them. However, they were the wrong size. I emailed the company requesting an exchange. They never replied to me. And now I'm stuck with shoes that are too small to despite their return policy. I do love the shoes and I do want them, so I'm disappointed.

Nothing to say about the purchasing procedure or shipping, but unfortunately it is the product that did not satisfy me. A pair of boots that, a month after purchase, have a hole in the sole, for me they are not a good product. I add that after a couple of emails where I asked for explanations, I was answered like this: < the soles are subject to wear, in particular the extralight product from the spring/summer collection, is an ultra-light summer sole, which is not suitable for prolonged use in rain and bad weather > So I was advised to put in an insole and a rubber heel to continue using them. Maybe next time it would be better to write that they are display products, and not suitable for walking. Not a positive experience, and on top of that I feel mocked.

Very pleased with how quickly they shipped the product. The shoes are comfortable, but I expected a better finish. Then I don't know if it's because they are handmade, as it says, but the shape on the back of the foot is not perfect. I struggled to make small adjustments for it to wrap around the foot better. However, they are comfortable

The Decollete T Strap you purchased is a somewhat unique model, not suitable for all feet, and the fit of the back of the foot depends a lot on the constitution of the neck and toes of the wearer. Some feet manage to fill it well, and in other cases there can be some hollow spots, which can be annoying to the eye. It is definitely an unusual pattern and not for everyone, we are glad however, that you finally managed to fit it the way you prefer.
