The boots are beautiful and very good quality! Especially real leather and Italian quality which is what I was looking for! Also it is a customer friendly, helpful and very kind company! They came to me for a replacement and were also available to contact me in an alternative way to whatsapp which I do not have!!! So I give my compliments and recommendation absolutely!!!

Customer service via WhatsApp is diligent and very helpful. The purchased product arrives in a short time (I bought it under Christmas and it arrived in only 3 days, otherwise I think it takes even less). The product arrived in excellent condition and, most importantly, looks exactly as it does in the photos, so I have reason to think that the photos and product descriptions are absolutely true to reality. Only remark: the boots (in my case the MANTRA/A Bordeaux) have no inner lining, the leather remains "raw" on the inside...I hope it doesn't get ruined before time. Otherwise, the quality seems very good to me.

I found very kind and patient staff for a klutz like me!!! It must be my age!!! However even though I am old I bought myself the Texan ankle boots which to say the least are fantastic but above all very comfortable.
