Living not far from the Zéfal factory in Jargeau (45), I went directly there. Unfortunately, there is not yet a direct sales shop (it is expected to be ready in 1-2 years). Having a small problem with a frame bag, I was immediately taken care of by two people, one of whom was a technician who found the solution for me. Really nice and very serious, it makes you want to buy local. So I will certainly order again from ZEFAL. Thank you
