Good product but contrary to what is indicated on the site, the frame pouch is too small for a standard size smartphone (iPhone 14 pro max). You have to force the zipper to close. It lacks two good cm in length.

Overall the shopping experience was good. A couple of feedbacks: 1. The shipping for these nozzles I ordered was way too expensive. The reason I bought them was the original one broken down just in one year. 2. The customer service provided me the wrong nozzle after I inquired where I could get the replacement nozzles. Fortunately I checked the pictures closely and chose the different one at my own risk.

Not seeing my order arrive and especially having no tracking email, I called. No phone number on the site. Thank you Google. I leave a message for someone to call me back. They don't do it. I call back and I'm told they forgot to take care of my order but they will do it right away. I request express shipping to make up for it. Nope.
