Buying a carbon splitboard at 1500 euros in a simple box and delivered like that I find it unacceptable. and I called the store and the "commercial" tells me your board has been damaged that's an answer to that you need to hear.

Hello Remy, Thank you for your opinion. I'd like to point out that we use reinforced double-wall cardboard specifically for packing snowboards, and have been doing so for several years. We never have any problems with deliveries.
If your board arrived damaged, please let us know at the store, so that we can deal with the carrier's insurance and find a solution to replace, repair or refund the board. Sincerely, Henrique

Rather fast delivery (living in Isère, maybe that helps). Since I've been ordering on the site, there have been no product errors in the deliveries and the parcels have always arrived safely (unlike others, often because of a bad carrier who can't deliver outside the cities). On the other hand, I can't give my opinion on after-sales service and returns, as I've never needed to use them... and so much the better.
