I ordered a Size 41 in boots on the site and they sent me a 40 2/3 telling me I still had to try them on... Too bad, but I got my money back quickly.

It's a pity they don't offer the pants that go with the ski jackets, so you don't get the wrong colors.

Everything went well for this second order, so following on from the first I ordered with confidence and on receiving my pants I noticed that a zipper was broken. I think it's a shame that products aren't checked before they leave.

just the confirmation e-mails could also be in english, if english is chosen.

Delivery not worth 90, after 2 days of delay and a passage of the deliveryman without the parcel inside the truck, I had to go to seek the bicycle with the depot not to await a delivery which would not come because "the parcel is too large for the van". The bicycle is absolutely not regulated well, the derailleur and the brakes are to be regulated, too bad when one passes by a store which is supposed to do it! Apart from that my Specialized diverge is with the top, once regulated of course.

I am not satisfied with the product sent, I do not know if you had stock on the reference, I would have liked to have another experience than the disappointment on discovering the hat.

Fast shipping, too bad it's by default by post (not the most obvious choice for relay point delivery).

i bought a pair of 32 jones boots from season 21/22, for my surprised the pair was the demo boots, that was not advertised properly on the description. The lace are not great in great conditions. I think is fair to know in advance those details.
Not only that the pair had a cheaper price marked on the box, is reasonable that you have better prices locally, but many to many things together.
If i knew this things in advance i would not purchase this boots, but was the last pair.

My bike was delivered to me by chronopost with 1 week of waiting without any news from them after numerous interventions. Without this incident I would have given it 5 stars.

The wrong saddle was almost delivered, if I hadn't checked the order form. On the other hand, the customer contact with chamonix was good, they were able to correct the order. Colissimo, nil, they delivered the next evening when they were supposed to deliver the day before, a day off for nothing, who pays?

Great handling of a shipping error. Sent back the correct product before I sent back the one delivered by mistake. The error is human and forgivable, the handling of this error was top notch.

high delivery costs

Hello, the size information for my splitboard bindings is not correct on your site. I received bindings that were too big. I had your service on the phone and they understood the error. However, today I received an e-mail telling me that there was no error (so nobody checked my claim because there was no error on my part).
I'm wasting time on this story when I had nothing to do with it. I'm now afraid that I won't be able to exchange them, knowing that you only have one size M model left in stock. I can't, as you suggest, spend another 640 to buy the right model while waiting to be reimbursed for the one I received in size L. Really not a pleasant experience.

Fast and communicative, but impossible to know what size to order on the website because there's 1 US size, 1 UK size and 1 European size... For me, I ordered UK size and received US size. So I had to start all over again. It's a waste of time for everyone and there's a risk that the goods will get lost or damaged. Please specify the size of the interactive grid. Thank you

Everything went very well (price, delivery time, condition of the product). I only regret the lack of information on customs fees and other taxes for delivery in Switzerland.
