Hello Franck, We try to advise all our customers as well as possible. If you tell us that you wear a size 41 and that you need a size 42, just try the shoes on at home, quietly, to see if they are too small or too big.
We also offer a free 30-day return policy on all items in new condition. If you've used them, it's normal that you can't return them, sorry. Next time, don't hesitate to wear them for a few hours at home before going out on the road. Sincerely, Henrique
