Hello, the size information for my splitboard bindings is not correct on your site. I received bindings that were too big. I had your service on the phone and they understood the error. However, today I received an e-mail telling me that there was no error (so nobody checked my claim because there was no error on my part).
I'm wasting time on this story when I had nothing to do with it. I'm now afraid that I won't be able to exchange them, knowing that you only have one size M model left in stock. I can't, as you suggest, spend another 640 to buy the right model while waiting to be reimbursed for the one I received in size L. Really not a pleasant experience.

I have to admit that I was a bit wary of the idea of a good deal and an unknown store (despite the name, which implied a store with a solid base). I was right to check.
