Opinion about a road bike delivery: Very professional sellers, who take the time to explain things to you. Bike arrived 95% assembled (I still had to install the front wheel and put the seatpost in the frame). I recommend without hesitation.

It's often when things don't go as planned that a store can be appreciated. I bought the wrong snowboard because it was intended for hiking (splitboard) and had incompatible bindings. The store called me back to point out the error and allowed me to cancel the order. Excellent advice and support, perfect! A store I'd recommend!
