I liked the fact that they answered the phone when I called to inquire, just as they called me when I wrote an email to complain or to reinsegnement" The subject is that I sent the bindings (in a purchase of 900) without the box. On the phone I said I didn't want to waste cardboard, but talking to other people we all agree that it's all very cool, apart from making me buy a pack so I can have the bindings (the pack doesn't have a price reduction either) and send the bindings without the box. I have to keep them because at this price I'd better not damage them.

Very happy with my Zero G order and the way it was handled by the store. Perhaps the website should offer more international delivery options, as I live in Switzerland and am still waiting for delivery a week after placing my order.... I think there should be an alternative to Collisimo for delivery to Switzerland...

Hello Nicolas, Thank you for your opinion, unfortunately the delivery time does not depend on Colissimo but on the Swiss customs who control the customs clearance of the parcel. And if customs want to block the parcel for no reason, they can do so, unfortunately. I'd also like to point out that we offer Express delivery by Chronopost, in 1 day for Switzerland, but customs clearance still depends on the Swiss customs service, so delays can also happen. The product I had bought was no longer in stock. I was offered another article, I agreed but they hadn't seen my e-mail. This cost me a week to complete my order. On the other hand, the product was delivered without any problem and as described.
