Problems with DPD, I haven't received my package, I requested a refund, and they replied that they would respond when they receive the package. Until then, the after-sales service was perfect, very responsive. Then they stopped keeping me updated on the progress of my package. Until I saw that they had received my package back and had sent it to me again instead of a refund, and from there, no more responses to my emails. I would like to point out that my order was from June 4th and it arrived on June 11th. I had ordered products to test the water and a filter for my aquarium, as well as food for baby axolotls. Obviously, since June 4th, the babies have grown well, and I no longer need this food. I had to buy water tests elsewhere because it was quite urgent, as well as the filter. That's why I wanted a refund. Now I find myself with an order of about seventy euros with duplicate products or products that will not be useful. Obviously, I do not recommend this site, in case of problems, it's absolutely terrible.

In positive terms, the product matches what was advertised on the website. They sent it quickly, fast without delays. The information and communication are excellent. In negative terms, the packaging is the product's own box, which makes it easier to get damaged. In one of the glasses, there was a drop of water, as if they had tested the operation before sending it, that's great but if that's the case, they should inform about it. One of the glasses was poorly tightened, loose, and when turning on and operating the equipment, the water started to spill out forcefully staining everything, they should put some paper informing to check the glasses in case they moved during transport or while testing the mechanism and are not properly adjusted. One of the small blue pieces that secure the tubes to the glasses was missing, looking in the box, it appeared loose among the cardboard at the bottom. Other than that, very happy with everything, very good quality-price ratio and attention in general, if it weren't for those small details, they deserve 5 stars. Very happy. I would buy again on this online page, company. Thank you very much for everything.
