Very good site. Simple navigation, search OK.
One drawback though. Delivery charges are high.
But the negative point is the extra charge when paying with PayPal. That's a bummer.

Not at all satisfied, the order arrived more than 3 weeks after the order because the package was damaged.
Once I received my order I opened the parcel and one of my buckets was broken and magnesium was spilled in the bottom of the box...

The cuprisorb arrived with the lid already open. I'm not happy to receive products that look like they're not new. My request for an explanation didn't convince me and the person in charge wouldn't listen. I can return the product for a refund, but at my own expense.
What's more, the activated carbon arrived in a bucket without a label and without any explanation or instructions on how to use it, which is impractical and forbidden in France (I subsequently received explanations by e-mail). In short, I'm not satisfied with this order.

Serious team, fast preparation and shipment. The material is in accordance with my order. However, the delivery service and the deliveryman are not up to scratch. Order not delivered on the scheduled date and impossible to choose another date on the site with the number provided by the provider. The deliveryman told me he could not wait 5 minutes for me to send someone to pick up my order when I waited two days to be delivered compared to the date initially scheduled and without an email to warn me!!!

Very fast delivery. Had a problem with the wrong item (same model but wrong pump size). Contact and response also very fast with sending a prepaid voucher to return by mail. The error is human and the after-sales service was very responsive, so no worries. Little touches in the parcel that aren't essential but are a pleasure.
