The site is good, delivery times are respected. The product photos should be updated, as they can be misleading, as in the case of à la carte food, which I thought I was ordering in the old version of cutting strips, which my fish love, and which was delivered in the new version of dehydrated seaweed, which my fish don't like at all.

I'm quite satisfied with the site, but less so with the choice of carriers: my parcel should have been delivered on Thursday but the driver had a family problem and dpd didn't replace the driver, so I didn't get my parcel until Tuesday because I made arrangements with the driver.

It was probably the first and last time I ordered on this site. I received the parcel in a terrible state, the ring of the stirring pump was broken and I had to glue it in place. The shipment was particularly long, perhaps because of the health crisis.
If the zoanthus team wants photos of the parcel, they can contact me by e-mail.
Obviously not as a courtesy, but if they're really interested in their customer's opinion.

Very disappointed with the service! Noisy pump returned to service at my expense, pump still as noisy! Salesman unreachable, doesn't answer the phone and has to send several emails to get an answer 15 days later!

A reliable site offering a good choice of aquarium equipment, with many references available. Market prices respected.
I was disappointed by my first order where I ordered a 25kg salt bucket which arrived completely broken in my parcel which had no external damage. I contacted customer service by e-mail, but got no answer, which is a shame.
However satisfied with my 2nd order RAS.
I advise you not to order large volumes of salt, it doesn't take well to transport.

NORMALLY, I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH EU "BEFORE", BUT DURING THE LAST ORDER THERE WAS A BIG PROBLEM WITH THE DPD CARRIER AND NO WAY TO CONTACT ZOANTHUS BY PHONE (ANSWERER) AND ON EMAIL, THEY ANSWERED ME JUSTE A 1/7. ORDER PLACED ON 05/03 DELIVERY OF A FIRST PART ON 14/04 (1,5MOIS ) AND THE REST SENT TOGETHER ON 16/04 WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION. THE PRICES ARE VERY CORRECT BUT I FELT TOTALLY ABANDONED BY THEIR TEAM. IT'S NOT DIRECTLY THEIR COMPANY'S PROBLEM BUT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY TO OUR HOME. I'LL SEE IF I COME BACK AND IF I GET AN ANSWER FROM THEM NOW.
