Hello , Thank you for your message . What don't you understand on your invoice? You ordered 18€90 of products minus a discount of 0.95€ following the coupon. There are 5€30 for postage, which makes a total of 23€25 ( 18 . 90 + 5 . 30 - 0 . 95 = 23 . 25 ) Sincerely Mr C. C.

I ordered from this site because I needed the items quickly. At the time of my order all the items were advertised as being in stock but at the time of delivery the filter foams were missing. I went back to the site and it still said that there were 9 items left in stock. However, it is clearly stated "Stock levels are updated in real time on each product sheet".

There was indeed a stock error on your order and for that I apologize. In fact, the item ordered turned out to be the wrong one in our stock.

Not really disappointed with zoanthus, but very disappointed with Chronopost who pockets the money for delivery in 24h and in fact you receive your order 1 week later....
