I received a box of live phytoplankton 3 days after it was sent, even though I wanted to pay by Chronopost. It wasn't even packed with polystyrene protection, which is compulsory for live products. I didn't even open the hermetically sealed bottle because it smelled so rotten. I sent an e-mail, but Monsieur was offended and sent me packing. It doesn't matter, there are other, more intelligent suppliers.

Hello, thank you for your kind feedback.
As explained to you many times, zoanthus was on vacation until August 8th (which was clearly announced in various places on the site, at the bottom of the page in red and on all the product sheets with the mention "shipped on August 8th"). So it didn't take three days for your order of the 6th to arrive, since it left on the 9th for delivery on the 10th. That's 24 hours in transit.
As for the phytoplankton, there's no problem with a refund, the store simply needs to collect the goods. Best regards Clément

Hello, Thank you for your review. I would like to reply to you because I do not understand your comments... Your package left our warehouse in less than 24 hours and was delivered within 2 days by Mondial Relay. (normal delivery time: 2/4 days). For more urgent orders, other carriers are available. For product explanations, did you contact me, if so I have no trace of them? Instructions are included on all packaging, followed by a more detailed explanation on all online product sheets. Of course, if that's not enough, I'm available by phone and email 7 days a week. For the 5% discount on your first order, everything is explained on the Zoanthus website. The first step is to sign up for the newsletter. A discount code is then sent to you by email, which you enter in your basket before placing your order.
For these 3 points, I find that your comments are not justified. Best regards Clément
