It's starting to overshadow a lot of sites ... I'd give it 4 stars, but I'd still have to make an effort on the price ... My point: To this day, we look at all the prices before ordering from Zoanthus! Tomorrow ... If the site offers unbeatable value for money, we'll go straight there. Very good merchant, the parcels are well packaged, the powder cans cleverly secured with strong scotch tape. Only the deliveryman took two days to deliver from the Clermont branch to my home.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback.
I'm sorry to hear that your bucket of salt arrived broken. The packaging is designed to absorb shocks, and a sheet of polystyrene is placed under the bucket. Despite this, with a weight of 30 kilos, if the parcel is thrown away by the carrier, the bucket will break for sure, as it cannot withstand such treatment.
You should have refused the parcel and a refund would have been requested from DPD. In the case where you accept the goods, a recourse is unfortunately no longer possible. I remain available if you need further information. I hope to see you soon on Zoanthus.fr Sincerely Clément

Fast delivery, careful packaging... I have nothing to complain about with my order! What's more, the site is very well stocked with references that are hard to find elsewhere. It's a pity that postage isn't free for home delivery over a certain amount. And... When will we get a loyalty program? :)

Hello and thank you for your positive feedback. Regarding free home delivery, it's something to look into, but given the rates of the carriers, the purchase limit may be high enough for us all to find our way around.
As for the loyalty program, it already exists. Each order earns you points, which are euros for your next orders.
