Last order !! Opened product and non-compliant, incompetent and obnoxious customer service. I give one star because I can't give zero.

Terrible experience

I did not receive an item I paid for: ESHA - Exit - 180ml - Treatment for white spot disease Reference: ESHA-790003 I have already made a complaint but I am still without the item

The solenoid valve is not working, it remains stuck in the open position

Items advertised as in stock were not. Very slow follow-up. A partial delivery was proposed to me but not respected. I had to wait nearly 1 month in the end!!!

Good but the shipping costs are too high

Order placed at 11 o'clock, additional order placed 30 minutes later. The second one was not honored without explanations until I inquired about it. After a week, I was told that additional shipping fees were due and I was offered either to place an additional order by paying the shipping fees or to get a refund; I requested the refund, and I am still waiting for it. I would like to point out that I have ordered over 3000 euros worth of various materials and products in the last 2 years. Business policy needs to be reviewed, in the meantime, one less customer.

Hi, in fact the answer should have been yes and no! But let's put things into perspective (I will continue to order from you) but when we order an ICP test it's because it's urgent and we want to stop the loss of our animals... respectfully! Olivier Bruaut

The parts are incompatible and unusable as they are; I am waiting for a response from Zoanthus who was supposed to inform Tunze.

Regarding order no. RKQDXKPVL which, to date, is still "in preparation" despite the payment being made on 07.05.2025, it is presumed that it will never arrive. I am therefore forced to order another product to avoid losing the money already paid; the situation is very unfair also because before placing the order I wrote to you and you assured me that it was in stock (1 unit) and even earlier I had checked on your site and the product was listed as available in 2 units.

Product availability, fast delivery but the choice of carrier DPD to be avoided, hence the one star less.

Bad article received that has nothing to do with my order, I am still waiting for the shipment of my order.

No response to my request regarding the ICP test that was not included in the package. Is this normal? Is the delivery delayed? Best regards

The product sent did not match the order

Product does not match what I ordered.

The material is good and well packaged, however they had an internal problem that delayed the shipping date. I had to call myself to find out where my order was and I was told that it was now fine and the order would be shipped. In the end, nothing after 14 days and I had to call again. Finally, I received the order more than 15 days later when it was urgent and I didn't even get an apology email or any commercial gesture. The only thing I got was explanations of their internal error to justify the delay (lack of internal communication) which ultimately matters little to me. In short, disappointed with the waiting time and especially not having received any commercial gesture in return.

The product was expired: to be used before 11/2024

Carton intact on the outside, but inside the salt bucket was broken and part of the contents spilled into the box, the candy was a block of salt, and the food can did not have a freshness seal and the security of forced opening......

I bought a skimmer and was very very disappointed because it makes way too much noise, it's really very annoying and it cost me 300 euros, lamentable

A broken JBL lime wood that makes big bubbles.....not at all suitable for seawater. The pack of 2 is suitable.
