Hello, thank you for your feedback. However, your comment does not reflect reality. You wrote to us on Wednesday 2nd at 10.46am and we replied at 10.47am. Customer service was there to listen to your questions about the arrival of your parcel. It arrived at the relay point the same day. The 24/48h delivery time was also respected by the carrier.
