A sticker "fragile" to stick on the box these not the sea to drink, Delivery the worst possible, gls are the least noted by their customer, better go through another company. Instead of offering me a standard exchange for a skimmer that suffered a shock the response was "I've seen worse".

As I was able to tell you when you contacted our after-sales service, the Fauna Marin ICP analysis now contains a single test tube. If the sticker is missing, simply note your email address on the sample after creating your account with them so that they can find you. This is the procedure given to us by Fauna Marin in this case.
We take responsibility for our mistakes when there are any, but in this case, I'm sorry, there aren't any.

My order arrived in Épinal even though I am near Nancy. The tracking of my order was wrong. In Nancy, they told me my order was in Épinal, and from Épinal they told me Nancy... very disappointed with the organization!

Product inside packaging received in "poor" condition (dirty with traces of wear?). Customer service needs to be improved, because there's a bit of bad faith here.
