Product received as requested, just a discrepancy between the availability announced on the site and the acknowledgement of receipt.

I received the broken bulbs half empty.

The products are always impeccable! But the price of delivery! What a disappointment! Can you do anything to lower your shipping costs? Especially when the DPD pick-ups are far away and difficult to reach by car (difficult to park)!

A little long to restock but otherwise very good

There's just one thing I'd like to complain about, but it's important: when a customer takes the trouble to send you a message asking whether or not their recently purchased GH test (tetra test case) is working normally, the least you can do is reply. Several months later, I now know that no, it wasn't working normally, but had expired. End result: I lost several of my shrimps because they were kept in water that didn't meet their needs, naively thinking that the test was working and naively thinking that I'd get an answer from yet another commercial site that only thinks about profits, sells out-of-date products and doesn't bother to answer its customers. I hold you directly responsible for the death of my animals. In short, Zoanthus, a nice logo, and a nice zero score.

Very good site for aquarium equipment, delivery sometimes a little long.

Good transaction and fast delivery. Only downside, despite a phone call and an email to make sure of the model sold, I did not receive the right product.

Delays not respected, in reapproval of product, you know much later when the order is placed, and you answer that it is indicated at the order, error. So for me it's over, I'm changing house.

The site is good, delivery times are respected. The product photos should be updated, as they can be misleading, as in the case of à la carte food, which I thought I was ordering in the old version of cutting strips, which my fish love, and which was delivered in the new version of dehydrated seaweed, which my fish don't like at all.

Clear website with fair prices.

I'm quite satisfied with the site, but less so with the choice of carriers: my parcel should have been delivered on Thursday but the driver had a family problem and dpd didn't replace the driver, so I didn't get my parcel until Tuesday because I made arrangements with the driver.

It was probably the first and last time I ordered on this site. I received the parcel in a terrible state, the ring of the stirring pump was broken and I had to glue it in place. The shipment was particularly long, perhaps because of the health crisis.
If the zoanthus team wants photos of the parcel, they can contact me by e-mail.
Obviously not as a courtesy, but if they're really interested in their customer's opinion.

ZOANTHUS very efficient too bad that deliveries go through DPD the package arrived completely broken a miracle that the product is still inside. The shipping costs are really undeserved.

Very disappointed with the service! Noisy pump returned to service at my expense, pump still as noisy! Salesman unreachable, doesn't answer the phone and has to send several emails to get an answer 15 days later!
