No order tracking ...24/48h delay not respected! We expressed our dissatisfaction 1 week later and then we were told that perhaps there was one left ... we will keep informed ... in the evening we knew that a package was sent! Total a week of waiting

Hello Sir, As I explained to you by email, the delivery times are announced on the website on all the product pages as well as in the basket before ordering. All the information on the site is given and it is important to read it.
How can you give 1 star to a website that has finally respected the 10-day lead time announced on the product page? Your order was dispatched the day after your e-mail, as a favor to you. In fact, the ramp in stock was reserved for another customer. I'll have you know that I put you ahead of another person who had ordered before you.
I can see from your note today that sincerity and service don't always pay off... Sincerely Mr Coron Clément

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to rate Zoanthus.
However, you are leaving a review of an item rather than of Zoanthus itself.
The images on the site are not all contractual, but the item you received is the one you ordered.
As for the instructions in French, I can provide them if you ask me on customer service.
Finally, it's a shame to give the site such a bad mark for minor problems with an item that can be sorted out very quickly by the after-sales service. But you still have to ask for it. Sincerely Clément
