Very poorly packaged parcel: a simple bubble wrap to pack a 10 kg bucket: as a result, the bucket arrived ripped open, which is not surprising when you know how delicate carriers are. No communication following my request for a refund or exchange. Not even a "no" not an excuse nothing it is a lack of respect for the customers. Lamentable to flee.

I'm sorry to hear that you received a damaged bucket of salt. We take great care in packing the buckets of salt and despite your comment, the superimposition of several layers of bubble wrap is very effective, we have very few breakages. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as zero risk.
Also, you say that you haven't had a reply from our after-sales service, but we did reply on Tuesday 13/10 at 6.07pm. Please check your SPAM. We'll be in touch.
