As I was able to tell you when you contacted our after-sales service, the Fauna Marin ICP analysis now contains a single test tube. If the sticker is missing, simply note your email address on the sample after creating your account with them so that they can find you. This is the procedure given to us by Fauna Marin in this case.
We take responsibility for our mistakes when there are any, but in this case, I'm sorry, there aren't any.

Order placed with everything in stock but in the meantime there was a momentary shortage of one item. It's a pity that they don't warn you, that you have to take the necessary steps to find out the status of your order. However, customer service is reactive. I asked for a commercial gesture for the long delay and they added an item. Which is nice. Thank you

The prices are good. Very fast delivery, products really well protected in the parcel, everything arrived in perfect condition. One star less because of frequent stock-outs, I postponed the order several times to get everything and benefit from free postage but when a product becomes available another is missing. As a result I'm missing some products and have paid the postage. As a result, I'm missing some of the products and I've paid the postage. Nevertheless, I've recommended this site to my aquarist friends.

Product inside packaging received in "poor" condition (dirty with traces of wear?). Customer service needs to be improved, because there's a bit of bad faith here.
