A very large order arrived with very poor internal packaging, broken glass product, live sand that leaked during transport, etc. The person in charge got back to me very quickly, informing me that I would have to wait 24 hours before potentially finding a solution. For the past 15 DAYS, I have not heard from him, either by e-mail or on the phone. Order cashed, but after-sales service is non-existent as I write.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We do not send incomplete equipment. The boxes are made at the manufacturer's factory and are not opened before shipment. Missing items may remain, even if they are extremely rare.
Our after-sales service processed your request within 5 days by email. I'm sorry if this delay didn't suit you, we had a lot to do at the beginning of December.
