I was surprised that the site recorded an order and displayed a product that was available...when it wasn't. I discovered this when I tracked the product. The site is good, delivery times are respected. The product photos should be updated, as they can be misleading, as in the case of à la carte food, which I thought I was ordering in the old version of cutting strips, which my fish love, and which was delivered in the new version of dehydrated seaweed, which my fish don't like at all.

It was probably the first and last time I ordered on this site. I received the parcel in a terrible state, the ring of the stirring pump was broken and I had to glue it in place. The shipment was particularly long, perhaps because of the health crisis.
If the zoanthus team wants photos of the parcel, they can contact me by e-mail.
Obviously not as a courtesy, but if they're really interested in their customer's opinion.

Very disappointed with the service! Noisy pump returned to service at my expense, pump still as noisy! Salesman unreachable, doesn't answer the phone and has to send several emails to get an answer 15 days later!
