No complaints, items came exactly as I ordered them. I thougnt it would be faster as it's a EU country and I am in Sweden (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) but overall satisfied and will buy again from here if I don't urgently need items to be here in a hurry.

Disappointed for the second time by zoanthus, 15 days late on my order. We try to reach them during opening hours but no one answers, and the responses by email are not very convincing when we ask for an explanation and a follow-up on the problem.... no feedback....

I received my packaging box intact, but when offering the box, the box of the pump was torn. As a result, many pieces are missing for this EHEIM external pump at 152 euros! Very disappointed.. now to see with customer service....

The product arrived broken, how the package arrives in perfect condition, I did not open this in front of the carrier, which they do not indicate in their policies, since they state that in case of suspected damage you should open it, not that if it is broken later and you want to claim it you can no longer do so. I request a replacement, they refuse. I request withdrawal, they send you an email informing you that if it arrives damaged, they can reduce up to 30% of the value of the product, that is, they have the power not to assume their fault. Reported through my insurance, a shame such poor treatment, the first time this has happened to me in so many online purchases I have made where I have had a similar mishap, as I have experience buying online. By the way, they offered me €15 to spend in their store. It seems unbelievable to me that they indicate that since it has damage you cannot withdraw from it, sending them the photos as soon as you receive it, may God repay you with the same treatment towards you.

Plants came frozen and dying

I have never received the article, it was delivered to a pickup point and never picked up and never delivered to my address - I requested in December to exercise my right of withdrawal to the Zoanthus team - who replied to contact me quickly - but since then no news - I will initiate a procedure with my Axa service starting this Monday, January 5, with your company Zoanthus to ensure a quick refund.

Could be better. The delivery was perfect, well packaged, nothing to say. However, at the price of the plants, I found better elsewhere, I got two rotten ones out of 6.

Order placed, I realized a mistake I had made, so I immediately sent an email afterwards to ask them to modify it, but I received no response from them and the order was shipped the next day without modification and as of now I have no response to the emails sent since the order. Not very serious.

Disappointed that an exchange is not possible in case of a purchase error and that shipping costs are to be borne by the customer in case of return.

In the end, everything went well.

Disappointed to order Hanna phosphate checker missing the pipette and a cap on a 10ml dosing tube I had ordered a skimmer it was missing the suction cups second time this happens next time I will order from another site

I really enjoy shopping at Zoanthus. However, there are times when orders arrive slightly damaged (bottles with a slight leak, packaging damaged). These situations do not justify a return, but they show that the quality of shipping could be improved. I also understand that for international shipments, several carriers may be involved.

Merchandise arrived completely destroyed, complaint unanswered from Zoanthus.....

I recommend it, there is a choice and it is shipped quickly.
