Prices are pretty good, as is product availability. HOWEVER, the after-sales service is completely out of order. I sent a product to the after-sales service more than 4 months ago and have not heard from it... Despite several emails and phone calls, no one has replied. Especially the shipping costs of SAV and charged to the customer. In short, it's a real shame.... I'm still waiting for my after-sales product......

Deadline respected, order arrived in very good condition, items well packaged and as described. The only downside is the disturbing price before tax of each item on the invoice and the Paypal fees (not nice).

It's very easy to search for a product on the site, with intuitive navigation. Fast delivery, with information communicated in real time right through to collection at the relay point.

Order placed with everything in stock but in the meantime there was a momentary shortage of one item. It's a pity that they don't warn you, that you have to take the necessary steps to find out the status of your order. However, customer service is reactive. I asked for a commercial gesture for the long delay and they added an item. Which is nice. Thank you

The prices are good. Very fast delivery, products really well protected in the parcel, everything arrived in perfect condition. One star less because of frequent stock-outs, I postponed the order several times to get everything and benefit from free postage but when a product becomes available another is missing. As a result I'm missing some products and have paid the postage. As a result, I'm missing some of the products and I've paid the postage. Nevertheless, I've recommended this site to my aquarist friends.

Fast delivery. One downside: I was surprised to see a billing related to the use of paypal I had not seen (but was it mentioned?) this additional cost compared to an order paid directly by visa card.
