Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We do not send incomplete equipment. The boxes are made at the manufacturer's factory and are not opened before shipment. Missing items may remain, even if they are extremely rare.

I put 4 because I had all the products I ordered available when I ordered them but I had to wait 12 days because some products were missing even though they were marked as available on the site... but otherwise nothing to say about zoanthus, the prices are very competitive compared with others.
