Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write down your experience. I went to check your delivery time and it seems to me to have been respected. Following your order of 26/02 at 22h30, the parcel left on Thursday 27 for delivery on Saturday 29 by Colisimo, i.e. 48h of transit in accordance with Colissimo conditions.

The parcel arrived damaged. The salt bucket was completely burst. Fortunately the salt is protected by a plastic bag. But you are not responsible. Thank you to the carrier. The rest of the parcel is in perfect condition. Sorry for the negative note but fortunately I still had a bucket to store the salt. Ps thank you for the magnet ... but there were no stickers this time.
