It would be nice to be able to insert a delivery window with DPD!

Especially with a medication where every hour counts, it is important to ensure fast shipping; unfortunately, it arrived over 1 week later than described.

In positive terms, the product matches what was advertised on the website. They sent it quickly, fast without delays. The information and communication are excellent. In negative terms, the packaging is the product's own box, which makes it easier to get damaged. In one of the glasses, there was a drop of water, as if they had tested the operation before sending it, that's great but if that's the case, they should inform about it. One of the glasses was poorly tightened, loose, and when turning on and operating the equipment, the water started to spill out forcefully staining everything, they should put some paper informing to check the glasses in case they moved during transport or while testing the mechanism and are not properly adjusted. One of the small blue pieces that secure the tubes to the glasses was missing, looking in the box, it appeared loose among the cardboard at the bottom. Other than that, very happy with everything, very good quality-price ratio and attention in general, if it weren't for those small details, they deserve 5 stars. Very happy. I would buy again on this online page, company. Thank you very much for everything.

The BT 400 - AQUAVIE pump that I ordered is too noisy and I request an exchange for another model.

Everything was perfect, very fast and careful delivery but the cleaner ordered arrived with a crack on the body but for now it doesn't hinder the operation

Fast shipping, well-packaged parcel. Sent by DPD which is generally a good carrier. Small downside this time. While I was waiting for the delivery at home as planned, DPD left the package in one of the most remote points of the city. Too bad, otherwise it would have been perfect.

No complaints, items came exactly as I ordered them. I thougnt it would be faster as it's a EU country and I am in Sweden (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) but overall satisfied and will buy again from here if I don't urgently need items to be here in a hurry.

I received my package 5 days late

A product that is restocking and takes a long time to arrive should be removed from the list and put back when it is available, not blocking a shipment until its arrival without even being sure that it will arrive! Or ship the goods and send the item later.

Could be better. The delivery was perfect, well packaged, nothing to say. However, at the price of the plants, I found better elsewhere, I got two rotten ones out of 6.
