I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the recurring problem of the manuals not being in French. It's not easy to operate two brewing pumps alternately (coral box qp9). Despite several requests, I'm still not satisfied. For the rest, nothing to say, only good as usual. The speed of delivery, in particular, is really extra.

Customer service was there to listen to your questions about the arrival of your parcel. It arrived at the relay point the same day. The 24/48h delivery time was also respected by the carrier. Good evening, the products are perfect and conform to my wishes. What I find regrettable is that postage is free above a certain amount to which I thought I was entitled, unless the package contains sea salt (I was told) ????? (I took 25 kg) and unless I'm mistaken it's not mentioned anywhere on your site. What's more, I waited 15 days before being delivered, as you were out of stock on one of the products in my order, so I naively thought that you could make a commercial gesture, which unfortunately was not the case.
