Missing product alert did not work

Serious team, fast preparation and shipment. The material is in accordance with my order. However, the delivery service and the deliveryman are not up to scratch. Order not delivered on the scheduled date and impossible to choose another date on the site with the number provided by the provider. The deliveryman told me he could not wait 5 minutes for me to send someone to pick up my order when I waited two days to be delivered compared to the date initially scheduled and without an email to warn me!!!

Fast delivery and plenty of choice on the site

Fast, efficient preparation, but the customer welcome on site needs improving: very cold, a little smile would be nice for customers too.

Very nice site, but I wanted to ask questions by phone as suggested on the site and it never answers.

Very fast delivery. Had a problem with the wrong item (same model but wrong pump size). Contact and response also very fast with sending a prepaid voucher to return by mail. The error is human and the after-sales service was very responsive, so no worries. Little touches in the parcel that aren't essential but are a pleasure.

The tracking of my parcel was not top notch, my parcel had already been gone for several days when I received the departure notice, then it was at the relay point long before I received the SMS to go and get it, and finally the ROWA resin article was half empty in the box.

Good product

First order received very quickly, ordered Monday morning received Wednesday morning. However, the box of one product arrived in poor condition and this was not due to the delivery as the package was in very good condition. Even if it's just the box, I think it's a shame because I like to keep the boxes in good condition in case of resale of the equipment. Even if it's just the box, it's average for a new product. Another product had a box in poor condition, it looks like a second-hand product, the box looks like it's been handled a lot and the product itself has rub marks on the corners (Milwaukee refractometer). Same reference as I ordered but not the same aesthetic as the product presented on the site. Not a problem in itself, but I was rather surprised.

1st order Product marked in stock but out of stock, I sent 2 messages no return (dialogue) communication service to improve, but product arrived intact and super well packaged

Excessive shipping costs for a catastrophic delivery and no commercial gesture to make up for it.
